Midlands

At Midlands Trefoil Guild we have 11 counties in the Midlands region, with a variety of Trefoil Guilds in each area. Many of our Trefoil members meet in person at Trefoil meetings local to their area, and we have our own region online Trefoil called SMILE - a great way to meet virtually for members who can't meet in person.

North East England

Just like the landscapes of our region, our guilds are situated in large cities, rural areas and coastal resorts.

North West England

North West England is bounded to the east by the Pennines and to the west by the Irish Sea and the Isle of Man, extending from the Scottish Borders in the north to Staffordshire, Shropshire and the Welsh Border in the south. Close links are maintained with Girlguiding but you don’t have to have been a member to join Trefoil and we welcome all people over the age of 18 years. The region is divided up into 17 counties, each with their own local Trefoil.

Scotland

Scotland covers a large area geographically with beautiful scenery from mountain to sea. At present there are 84 guilds including a lones guild and we have around 1500 members. These guilds range in size from small to large and can be found in small rural areas, large cities and everywhere in between. Members meet to have fun, learn new skills, make friends and support Guiding and their local communities. Some members are working on the Voyage award and many are now working on the STARS challenge.

Trefoil Guild in Foreign Countries

TGIFC stands for Trefoil Guild in Foreign Countries. There are members in guilds in various countries, as well as lone members spread across the world. As well as meeting in their guilds, TGIFC members stay in touch through letters, emails, video meetings, and social media. Members receive copies of The Trefoil magazine and many join in with activities with other Trefoil Guilds when they are visiting the UK.
