Welcoming Trefoil members to take on the volunteer role of national programme and development adviser
After 5 years, Sheila (pictured above, left) is finishing her role as national programme and development adviser and we need you, or a Trefoil member you know, to take over the reigns.
Do you know someone in your Trefoil who has a knack for running fun and interesting activities? Or perhaps you know someone in your county who always runs a well organised residential? What about other Trefoil members in your region that have put on a fantastic event with a range of new challenges to try?
We are looking for a Trefoil member who fits this description. Members don't have to have taken on one of our Trefoil challenges, but if you have tried something like our Voyage award or STARS challenge you'll be even better situated to the role that introduced these great opportunities.
The role includes:
Working with other Trefoil members to maintain and grow our national programme offerings and our national events.
Being a member of the board of trustees - a great opportunity to work with other national advisers and across the countries and regions.
Liaising with and supporting the programme advisers across all of our countries and regions - an important way to share information and ideas.
Being part of The Trefoil magazine team and sharing programme ideas, event information and more to all Trefoil members.
As the national programme and development adviser you are supported in your role by the office team, and by your fellow trustees including the other national advisers who you can work closely with to create a varied and exciting programme of opportunities for Trefoil members.
