
The county of Radnorshire is situated in the heart of the principality of Wales, surrounded by Montgomery to the north, Ceredigion to the west and Brecknockshire to the south. The English counties of Shropshire and Herefordshire are to the east, hence Radnor is a ‘Border County’.
During the summer months we have had a communal ‘picnic’ for present and past members around the oak tree sapling planted near the lake in Llandrindod Wells in 2022, to commemorate 80 years of the Trefoil. previously two saplings have been planted in the showground forestry area to note 25 and 50 yearsof Trefoil activity in the county
