East Yorkshire is a mainly rural County with market towns, pretty villages and coastal resorts, like Bridlington, which are very popular in the summer months. Our only city is Kingston Upon Hull, normally referred to as Hull. It has excellent museums and galleries and of course The Deep which is an award winning aquarium. Hull is also a port city and has the terminal for the Rotterdam ferry.
