Motivate challenge leads to two page spread
Gaynor Portlock of Bangor Northern Ireland, was walking in Bangor when she found a mural that she had not seen before. This led to her searching for more murals in her local area. So for one of her motivate challenges she decided to create a walk using Google maps detailing all the art she could see in Bangor. The result is a walk with 16 gable end murals and over 24 smaller pieces of art. Depending on the time of day that you take the walk, you can also see an extra 6 pieces of art on shutters. She created the walk to share with her Trefoil Guild, but she had put so much work into it, she shared it with the local newspaper who ran a 2 page spread about the walk.
