Midlands Awayday!

Warwickshire Trefoil Guild invite members from across the Midlands region to join them to meet with friends at our central venue to try a variety of fun indoor activities linked to the local area and enjoy a cream tea with opportunities for those wanting to explore Royal Leamington Spa, visit Jephson Gardens, find out about the Royal Pump rooms or follow a treasure trail.

Venue: Dale Street Methodist Church, Leamington Spa, CV32 5HL.

Date: Saturday 12 September 2026

Time: 11am - 4pm (arrival between 10:30 & 11am, departure between 4 & 4:30pm).

Cost: £10 per person to include a badge, drinks & cream tea (served late afternoon).

Bookings: open 1 April, the Guild booking form needs to be sent to your county. Bookings close 10 July and there is a maximum capacity of 300 members.

Food: Bring a mug as tea, coffee and squash will be available at the venue.
Option to bring a packed lunch to eat at the venue/in the park or you may choose to eat at the food festival or one of the many restaurants/coffee shops in the town.

Parking: There is limited parking at the venue however there are numerous local car parks, coaches will be able to drop off at the venue and move to an alternative area for parking. Leamington Train Station is an 11 minute walk from the venue.

Activities: The Pump Room Gardens which is at the heart of the town and will be hosting the Leamington Food Festival which is a 7 minute walk from the venue. 

There are a variety of self guided trails available to follow to discover more about the town, starting from the Pump Room Gardens.
- Discover Old Leamington, approx. 45 mins walk
- Taking The Waters, approx. 20 mins walk
- 3 Blue Plaques walk, approx. an hour each.

There will be a variety of fun indoor activities linked to the local area to test your skills and challenge your brains. There will be a quiz to help you find out more about Leamington.
Aqua Box will also be attending.
