2016 began with several Guilds holding post- Christmas meals.
In February we had a meal for all Guilds in the County. This began with our AGM and ended with a short celebration of World Thinking Day.
Since then each Guild has met several times and activities have included an auction, an evening on Senses, a First Aid session, a meeting finding out about Uganda and an interesting talk about bee-keeping.
Early April the Girlguiding County held its annual County Day and most of the Guilds were represented. Those there enjoyed an entertaining and informative Trefoil session followed by the opportunity to take part in a variety of “have-a-go” activities.
Some of our members took part in the Trefoil holiday on the Isle of Wight.
We are all now looking forward to the summer when light evenings and warmer weather give us opportunities for many different things to do. click here to return to Middlesex South West page
