Durham South Annual Meeting was held in beautiful gardens at East Farm Cottages, Cleatlam, n
r. Staindrop on Saturday 14th
May 2016. Afternoon tea was served after the formal part of the meeting which included a gift of vouchers and the presentation of a Trefoil Thanks and Recognition Badge and Certificate to Diane Evans who has just stepped down from being Guide County Commissioner for Durham South. Members also took part in Garden Themed Quizzes. The afternoon concluded with a Camp Fire led by Anne Offler and accompanied on the guitar by Judith Stirk. Everyone remarked on a lovely sunny afternoon and the delicious food provided by our host Mrs. J. Walker.
