Celebrate Around the World

SANGAM was a dream for many people from all over the UK and now it has become a reality! I think I can safely say that our World Centre in India lived up to everyone’s expectations as the ‘Spirit of Sangam’ was experienced by all 53 participants.

EUROPE CONFERENCE in Cyprus in November 2010. Members and their families can now book through Finishing Touches or Venture Abroad for the actual conference, flights and tours.

FELLOWSHIP DAY FUNDS – I hope that you all had lovely Fellowship Day Celebrations and that your Guild was able to donate to the Trefoil commitment to pay for delegates from Chad and Liberia to attend the Young Women’s Forum in Oxford next October. Send donations to the Trefoil Guild Office, cheque payable to ‘The Trefoil Guild’ and with Fellowship Day Fund clearly marked on the back of the cheque.

PAX LODGE – I hope you have applied for the special events at Pax Lodge next September - full details in The Trefoil magazine, March issue. This is the final of the Four World Centre visits for ‘Celebrate Around the World’. Like the other centres there is a fund raising project linked to the event called CHANGING LIVES. This is to raise money for young women from around the world to attend a seminar which Pax Lodge are hosting in March 2010 called ‘Changing Lives.’ Please support it well!
