Visit to Sangam January 2012.
Margaret Wellock, Liz Aveston, Liz Rothwell and myself have just spent 10 sunshine days in lovely Sangam updating the Sangam archives. Hilary Taylor and Sara Malyon came with us.

Gjermund Austvik of St. Georges Vinga Guild sent me a letter to say that he and Yvonne had been to Denmark to pick up the Peace Light of Bethlehem for distribution throughout Sweden.

Trefoil Guild in Foreign Countries. November 2011.
Welcome this time to so many new members that I can hardly believe it! Pauline and Pierre Chechin have joined us in France, Jean Davis has joined the Pinoso Guild in Spain taking their numbers up to 9. A whole new Guild has opened in Cyprus with 7 members and last but not least a new Guild has opened in Gibraltar with 22 members!

An International visitor from 'Down Under'.
It was a joy and a privilege to have Ruth, a youngster of nearly 80 years of age, from Victoria Australia, staying with me either side of The Gathering at Swanwick. Despite having been travelling from Scotland all day, Ruth and I, along with Mandy Frost and her Canadian guest travelled by train in the evening to Worksop where we were greeted by the North Notts guilds. Their welcome cancelled out the dark wet weather which met us as we left the train station.

News from Sister Clotilda
Thank you for the money you sent us. It was a great help and I am extremely grateful to you all. I already used it as we had a lot of work to do here. We got some boards for the children in the classrooms where they can put up their hand work and pictures. A bore-well was made in the compound as we do not have sufficient water coming from outside.
